Monthly group breathwork sessions

Group breathwork offers something uniquely powerful.

It’s not only about individual transformation, it’s also about breathing in the presence of others, witnessing and being witnessed, and remembering that this is not a solitary path. In these sessions, the energy of the group becomes part of the process, amplifying the depth of the experience, creating a collective space for self exploration.

Each session is shaped around a central theme whether it’s working with an emotion, embodying self-love, or exploring cycles of life. We move through somatic practices, guided breathwork, and reflective integration, creating a space where all emotions, sensations, and experiences are welcome.

The power of breathing in community is that it reminds us that we are all together in this. The breath becomes a shared language, the recognition that our own path is not separate from the path of those around us. It is about learning how to hold onto dignity as we learn what is safety in belonging.

Whether this is your first time breathing in a group or a return to a familiar space, these sessions offer a moment to pause, feel, and reconnect within yourself and with those around you.

What's ON?

Open Group: Breathwork Odyssey

Breathwork Odyssey is an open, one-off group session run every three weeks designed for exploration and connection.

Inspired by Homer’s Odyssey and a man’s journey to return home, we are using the breath as the compass that guides us from the mind back to the body.

This group session is a space to breathe, move, and reconnect to what lives under the surface, meet with it and love it.

Each Breathwork Odyssey is shaped around a different theme inspired by the rhythms of life, change, and rebirth and no two sessions are the same.

What to expect:

We begin with grounding and gentle somatic movement, followed by a guided conscious connected breathwork journey, and we close with reflective integration.

The music and group energy create a powerful shared field that deepens your experience and reminds you that you are not alone in your process.

Perfect if you’re new to breathwork or want to reconnect to your practice through a single immersive journey.

Closed Group: Breathwork Voyage

A 5-week program
Format: Closed group · 8 people max · In-person in London
Runs three times a year:
January–February · May–June · October–November

Whether you’re familiar with breathwork or it’s something new, this program invites you to explore how the breath can serve as a doorway to deeper connection, clarity, and transformation with yourself and the world around you.

We will intentionally shift the focus from the mind and into the body, becoming more in tune with the inner landscape, and how the body tells its own story.

Using the conscious connected breath, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation tools, I will guide you through your personal process of reclaiming your authenticity. Each session will be building on the previous one, and each week will be focused around a theme, representing the stages of awareness, acceptance, expression, truth, and embodiment.

We’ll work together to clear the way for shifts to take place, setting the stage for transformation to be anchored in your body, your breath, and your everyday life. Ultimately, this is a journey of reclaiming your authentic self, your voice, and your connection to your body with presence, grace, and compassion. 

Each week builds upon the previous one, moving through the stages of:
Awareness
Acceptance
Expression
Truth
Embodiment

This closed format allows trust and continuity to form within the group creating a safe space to go beyond the surface, held by the same people each week.

Each live session includes: 

  • Landing and grounding

  • Opening of the space and sharing

  • Body led practice (somatics, inner child work, movement, tension release)

  • 50-minute conscious connected breathwork

  • Sharing circle and closing

What’s included

  • 1 x 30-minute 1:1 initial consultation prior to the program start date

  • 5 x 2-hour 15-minute in-person sessions each week with the same group (up to 8 people)

  • 1 x 30-minute 1:1 integration call at the end of the program

  • Daily practices throughout the 5 weeks to stay grounded and embody every step of the process

  • A community space for questions, reflections, and support throughout the program
