I guide people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and access their full potential mentally, physically and emotionally using the power of their breath.
I offer an integrated approach to nervous system regulation, emotional reset, embodiment, and physical resilience. My work blends conscious connected breathing, functional breathwork, bodywork and movement to rebuild from the inside out.
Breathwork is my way of holding space for individuals and groups to reconnect with themselves, release what’s been stored in the body, and find presence, peace and freedom, on their own terms.
Ultimately, I support people to feel empowered to experience life the way they want, not the way they’ve been conditioned to. The breath then becomes the bridge between the inner world and the life you want to live.

Once a month, we gather for group breathwork sessions to breathe, express, and support one another through whatever is present in community.These sessions offer a space to slow down, express what has been held, and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence and belonging. As we breathe together, we are reminded that healing does not have to be a solitary process. Shared breath builds connection, compassion, and the courage to keep showing up both for ourselves and for others.
