RE-SET • Breathwork for Nervous System Regulation and Emotional Balance

Most of us spend our days overstimulated, overthinking, emotionally stretched thin and disconnected from the body signals trying to get our attention.

RE-SET is a morning designed to help you step out of survival mode and reconnect with a steadier rhythm through breath, movement and embodied awareness.

This session combines conscious connected breathwork, nervous system regulation practices and somatic exploration to support emotional balance, release tension and create more space inside the body and mind. Theory, practice and a few tips to take with you and integrate in your everyday life.

We will work with the body gently and intentionally, using the breath as a bridge back to presence, clarity and regulation.

You might leave feeling lighter.

You might leave feeling grounded.

You might simply leave feeling more like yourself again.

No previous experience with breathwork is needed.

What to expect:

• Gentle grounding and arrival practices

• Nervous system regulation tools and guided somatic exercises

• A music-supported conscious connected breathwork journey

• Space for rest, integration and optional sharing

This is a space for slowing down, reconnecting and resetting from the inside out. Flowers, chocolate, small bites, tea, and skin care products will be available.
