The First Breath
A Rebirthing Breathwork Experience
This session is a return to the beginning.
Through conscious, connected breathing and soundscapes, we explore the experience of the first breath as a felt sense in the body. We will talk about how that first experience of life force coming into the body can shape the way we view and move in the world. We will use the breath as the bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, inviting the nervous system to soften, reorganise, and respond in its own time.
This journey touches the themes of beginning, change, release, and arrival. The letting go of old patterns and the experience of starting new.
For some, this work brings awareness to early imprints around safety, connection, or separation. For others, it offers a profound sense of grounding, clarity, and renewal. Each one has a very personal and intimate experience with the breath.
The session lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes and begins with a short grounding introduction to help your body and mind settle. You’ll then lie down and be guided through a rebirthing breathwork journey, supported by music and sound. We’ll close with time to integrate and land, allowing the body to absorb what has shifted so you leave feeling clear, connected, and present.
Here’s what you’ll need to make the most of the session:
Comfortable clothing that allows your body to relax and move freely.
Water and a journal for after the session, to hydrate and capture any reflections.
Most importantly, bring an open mind and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.
This session is mothers, fathers, daughters and sons, grandmothers and grandfathers regardless of whether you had breathwork experience before.
